At first they came for the smokers but I did not speak out as I did not smoke. Then they came for the binge drinkers but I said nothing as I did not binge. Now they have an obesity strategy.
forecast here for 27C new year day. Had a nice plate of scrambled eggs (just the three eggs on toast this morning - got to watch the old cholestorol after all) this morning. Also added some of my thyme and chives that i have grown. Reccommended.
Nearly up to 7C here today, just 20 degrees difference. Friends coming over for New Year's Eve; roast lamb cooked with home grown rosemary and oregano served with lemon roast potatoes, beetroot salad and home made tzatziki, followed by lemon meringue pie made with lemons from our tree and the traditional vasilopitta, flavoured with oranges stolen from a neighbour's garden. All recommended.
Ps. I have a great recipe for salmon with asparagus and some spuds roasted with lemon rind. will send it to you when i can be arsed to open emails and shit

Had a bacon sarnie earlier with sweet chilli sauce and salad and toasted the buns in the bacon fat. Isn't food great? I love it me i do.
