At first they came for the smokers but I did not speak out as I did not smoke. Then they came for the binge drinkers but I said nothing as I did not binge. Now they have an obesity strategy.

It's back
In weather cold enough to bring the country to a standstill and bring sneers from Canadians, the fourteenth season of summer Rugby League started this weekend. Swinton's first match was postponed due to a frozen pitch.

When you write "It's back" do you mean cold weather OR summer rugby? Truth to tell we ain't having much of either this side of the Pennines.
Reminds me of the time a certain Scottish First Division side [as it was back then] had an 'electric blanket' installed on the pitch and gave rise to comments about the defence being sleepy enough already without making things worse....
